Q. How long does it take to recertify the calibration of my gauge(s)?

A. Most calibration procedures can be performed in a single day.  If repairs are required then more time may be necessary.


Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We take Visa, MasterCard and e-transfer.


Q. Am I required to have a certificate of calibration to use my gauge?

A. Individual requirements vary.  Clients and quality programs will define your calibration requirements.  Generally, most companies recertify their equipment annually.


Q. Is there an additional cost to expedite the recertification of my gauge?

A. Some companies charge additional costs for expedited service.  Verified Calibration Services Ltd. does not.


Q. What happens if my gauge does not pass calibration?

A. If your gauge does not meet the minimum requirements for recertification you will be notified of the required repairs prior to any work being performed.


Q. I dropped my gauge.  Will the calibration be affected?

A. There is a possibility that the calibration could be affected.  You should verify the calibration prior to using the gauge again.


Q. How do I know when my gauge needs to be recalibrated?

A. Most companies have a quality program that requires gauges to be recertified at specified intervals.


Q. I have not used my gauge for over a year since it was calibrated.  Does it have to be recertified prior to me using it now? 

A. Your quality programs dictate when gauges should be recertified.  Verification of accuracy should be checked on all gauges prior to use.
